## About the Role

Must-Have Experience

 * Hands-on experience with SAP IS-Oil, particularly Remote Logistics Management (RLM).
 * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Field Logistics.
 * Experience in RLM assessment, fit-gap analysis, solution design, migration, or transformation to S/4HANA.
 * Strong understanding of Oil & Gas logistics / downstream logistics processes.
 * Experience with logistics integration across relevant SAP modules such as MM, SD, TM, EWM, and FI/CO.
 * Experience preparing functional specifications and design documents.
 * Experience in testing, migration, cutover, go-live, and production support.
 * Experience working with business stakeholders and conducting process workshops.
 * Experience working in SAP Activate / Agile project environments.

## Description

The consultant will be responsible for assessing existing RLM processes, designing the future-state S/4HANA solution, supporting migration activities, configuring Field Logistics functionality, and working closely with business, functional, integration, and technical teams., * Assess existing SAP IS-Oil RLM (Remote Logistics Management) business processes and determine their fit with SAP S/4HANA Field Logistics.

 * Analyze current RLM processes and map them to standard S/4HANA capabilities.
 * Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documentation.
 * Design end-to-end logistics processes covering fuel distribution, bulk deliveries, returns, transportation, and inventory reconciliation.
 * Configure relevant S/4HANA Field Logistics functionality, including delivery processing, transportation, inventory management, and settlement.
 * Work on integration of Field Logistics with SAP MM, SD, TM, EWM, FI/CO, and PM.
 * Support migration of master data, transactional data, and relevant historical RLM data to S/4HANA.
 * Design functional requirements for integrations with third-party systems such as mobile applications, terminal automation, weighbridge, and GPS systems.
 * Work with business requirements related to pricing, taxation, batch management, serial numbers, and stock determination.
 * Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, forms, APIs, interfaces, and enhancements.
 * Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and regression testing.
 * Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and validate future-state processes.
 * Identify opportunities to simplify legacy RLM processes by adopting standard S/4HANA functionality.
 * Support cutover planning, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
 * Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
 * Provide production support and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
 * Work within SAP Activate and Agile methodologies across implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects.
 * Collaborate with business, functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure successful delivery.
 * Support global and multi-country SAP S/4HANA Field Logistics rollouts.
 * Ensure solutions follow relevant SAP best practices and Oil & Gas industry processes.
