This includes installing, supporting, and troubleshooting a wide range of IT hardware and software, providing end-user support, and ensuring that systems remain secure, efficient, and up-to-date. This is a hands-on technical role that requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can work independently and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
