* Collaborate with service providers to set up authentication authorization and take lead to guide developers in implementation.

 * Explain Pega CPM capabilities to customer on need basis influence business requirements for a seamless app building.
 * Lead architectural design discussions closely work with enterprise architecture team for seamless end to end integration.
 * Root cause analysis to find both victims and culprits based on logs knowledge of custom logging level settings.
 * Transition across team's applications and deliverables on daily basis.

 * Facilitate conversations with leads and POs to bring awareness about red flags in deliverables.
