Requirements * 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, systems support, or techno-functional ERP roles. * Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign, including functional support or system administration responsibilities. * Proven experience working with EDI transactions, specifically 850 purchase orders, 856 advance shipping notices, and 810 invoices. * Understanding of integration workflows, vendor connectivity, transaction monitoring, and error resolution within an EDI environment. * Ability to gather requirements, map business processes, and support user acceptance or functional testing efforts. * Experience working with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, finance, vendors, and external consultants. * Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform and iFlows is highly preferred. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
