Experience using Aha, Rally, Jira, or similar tools for project management and issue tracking Soft Skills: * Solid working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast-paced environment * Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, showing adaptability, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all organizational levels * Ability to develop solid networks and ensure collaboration and consensus building * An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy ## Description People say change is hard. In this role you will represent the voice of the business by performing research, design, and development and translating complex business requirements into actionable features and changes/updates to the ATS (Appeals Tracking System). This is a cross-functional liaison role that reviews requirements and performance against expectations and coordinates/facilitates or influences changes to product to achieve optimal performance. You will work with internal and external business partners to recommend future direction, respond to inquiries, and ensure alignment to business goals. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week., * Capture, analyze, organize, and prioritize business requirements for moderately complex projects * Documents and translates business requirements into features and the development of user stories * Collaborates with System Analysts to identify solutions to meet business requirements * Provide explanations and information to Agile teams, stakeholders, managers * Prepares and presents information to leadership for next steps and decision making * Actively participate in Agile team processes and help implement process changes related to Agile * Represents business interests and requirements on the scrum teams * Lead, Build and maintain a backlog/inventory of system and business requirements to quickly react to additional enhancement capacity * Provides direction to business analysts and IT resources within the Agile team to ensure highest value is delivered While you're busy helping us change the landscape of health care, you've got to be able to quickly adapt to change in a fluid environment.
