Erstellung von technischen Zeichnungen sowie sicherheitsrelevanten Plänen (Flucht- und Rettungsplänen, Feuerwehrpläne, Laufkarten) ## Das bringst du mit - Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor/FH-Diplom) der Fachrichtungen Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsinformatik Bau oder Baubetriebswirtschaft oder andere für die Tätigkeit relevante Studiengänge oder alternativ gleichwertige fachbezogene Kenntnisse und nachweisbare einschlägige Berufserfahrung

 - Kenntnis über BIM Rollen und ihrer Aufgabenbereiche sowie Erfahrung mit der BIM-Arbeitsweise und Erstellung von BAP und AIA
 - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von CAD-Programmen und in der 3D-/BIM-Modellierung sowie Kenntnisse von BIM-Kollaborationswerkzeugen und Common Data Environment (CDE) wie BIMCollab, Autodesk Collaboration Cloud o. ä. und Werkzeugen für Kollisionsüberprüfung (z. B. Solibri)
 - Fundierte Kenntnisse von CAFM-Softwaresysteme insbesondere bezüglich des Datenaustausches mit und der Integration von CAD-Plänen und BIM-Modellen
