 * Primäre Eskalationsinstanz inkl. Koordination von Major Incidents\n
 * Durchführung der wöchentlichen CAB-Meetings sowie Bewertung und Freigabe von Changes\n
 * Leitung von Post-Mortems, Root-Cause-Analysen und strukturierten Problemuntersuchungen\n
 * Erstellung von Service-Reports, KPI-Auswertungen und Trendanalysen\n
 * Optimierung zentraler ITIL-Prozesse (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)\n
 * Moderation von Service- und Provider-Meetings sowie Abstimmung mit Logwin-Geschäftsbereichen\n
 * Unterstützung bei Audits und vertraglichen Provider-Changes\n
