Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a regulated, compliance-focused, or governance-sensitive product domain. * Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable agentic AI frameworks. * Experience supporting AI governance, model observability, explainability, or risk prevention capabilities. * Experience partnering with architecture, product, scrum, and business analysis teams. * Experience supporting release readiness for cloud-based or AI-enabled software products. * Experience guiding technical trade-off decisions within established architecture. * Experience building or supporting platforms that use Anthropic Claude API, MCP, or comparable AI services. ## Description The Manager, Software Development leads a team of engineers responsible for delivering roadmap initiatives. This role combines people management, delivery ownership, technical review, and hands-on engineering support. The manager partners with product, architecture, scrum, and business analysis teams to clarify requirements, guide technical decisions within established architecture, and support release readiness for AI governance and platform capabilities.
