* Diagnose und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen im 2nd-Level-Support
 * Einrichtung, Wartung und Verwaltung von Endgeräten (Computer, Drucker, Switche)
 * Verwaltung von Zugriffsrechten und Benutzerkonten (Identity- und Accessmanagement im Warenwirtschaftssystem)
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
 * Absicherung interner Systeme gemäß den Vorgaben der Informationssicherheit (z. B. Serverhärtung, Patchmanagement)
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer VoIP-Telefonanlage
