## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im IT- oder Technologieumfeld, sowie in der Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen im SAP-Kontext.
 * Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Finance (FI/CO), Controlling (Kostenstellen, Innenaufträge, PSP, Gemeinkosten-Controlling, Margin Analysis).
 * Sicherer Umgang mit SAP-Stammdaten (z. B. Kostenstellen, Profit Center, Leistungsarten) sowie Erfahrung mit SAP Analytics Cloud.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Reporting-Tools (z. B. SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel) sowie ein gutes Verständnis von IT-Strukturen, IT-Service-Management (ITIL) und IT-Kostenlogiken.

Betriebliche Altersvorsorge, * Du bist erste Ansprechperson, wenn es um die Erstellung der jährlichen IT. Budgetplanung sowie Forecasts (OPEX & CAPEX) geht und unterstützt das IT-Management bei Investitions- und Business-Case-Entscheidungen.

 * Du übernimmst die Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Gemeinkostenstrukturen sowie die Steuerung von Kostenstellen, Kostenträgern und internen Verrechnungsschlüsseln.
 * Du kümmerst dich um das Monitoring von Budgetabweichungen, führst fundierte Abweichungsanalysen durch und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen sowie strategische Optimierungspotenziale ab.
 * In deiner Position entwickelst du den IT-Servicekatalog weiter, inklusive Preis- und Leistungsverrechnung, und baust eine transparente IT-Kalkulationslogik (TCO/ROI) auf und pflegst diese.
 * Des Weiteren bist du verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Benchmarking.
 * Nicht zuletzt entwickelst und pflegst du KPI-Dashboards zur Steuerung von ITPerformance und Effizienz und erstellst regelmäßige Reports für Vorstand, CIO-Bereich und Fachabteilungen.
 * Darüber hinaus wirkst du an der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Controlling-Prozesse mit, optimierst Berichtssysteme (z. B. SAP SAC, ServiceNow) und unterstützt bei der Standardisierung von Tools und Datenquellen im IT-Controlling.
