* Betrieb und Administration der Citrix-Umgebung (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, PVS/MCS, StoreFront, WEM)
 * Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance und Verfügbarkeit inkl. Monitoring und Troubleshooting (Citrix Director/Analytics, Event Logs, SCOM/Splunk)
 * Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management nach ITIL
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister: Koordination, Qualitätssicherung, Review/Abnahme von Changes, SLA-Überwachung, Eskalationsmanagement, Dokumentation und Reporting
 * Security und Compliance: Image-Härtung, Schwachstellenmanagement, Umsetzung von Richtlinien Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Windows/AD/GPO, Endpoint-Management (Intune/SCCM), Netzwerk und Storage sowie mit Fachbereichen, Architektur, Security und Service Desk
