## Description

* Annahme, Dokumentation und Klassifizierung aller internen Anfragen zu IT- und Telekommunikationsthemen im zentralen Ticketsystem

Pflege und Bearbeitung offener Anfragen und Störungen im Ticketsystem
Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen telefonisch, per Remote-Support oder persönlich vor Ort in Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen
Selbstständige Behebung von IT-Störungen oder Abstimmung mit nachgelagerten Instanzen
Betreuung und Verwaltung der Client-Umgebung mit Schwerpunkt auf der Installation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen
Sicherstellung des einwandfreien Funktionierens der betrieblichen Routineoperationen
Monitoring und Entstörung der Produktionsdrucker
