Do you have experience in Product management?, * Strong experience in product management or programme leadership within technology.

 * Knowledge of Finance systems and processes - ideally with exposure to platforms like Oracle, Tagetik, or Workiva.
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels.
 * A track record of delivering complex technology initiatives in a regulated environment.
 * Comfortable managing integrations and working with engineering teams.
 * Clear communicator who can simplify technical detail and keep everyone aligned.

## Description

* Own the product lifecycle for one or more Group Finance technology solutions, from strategy through to delivery.
 * Partner with senior Finance stakeholders to understand priorities and shape solutions that meet business goals.
 * Manage demand across "run" and "change" activities, ensuring platforms remain stable while driving improvements.
 * Oversee integrations and governance for enterprise systems, working closely with engineering teams.
 * Lead projects such as enhancements to Oracle and Tagetik, data integration for Workiva, and the rollout of a global tax solution.
 * Champion the move to a product operating model, embedding best practice and continuous improvement.
