 * Gute Kenntnisse in:
 - agiler Frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
 - klassischer Projektmanagementmethoden
 - PMO-Disziplinen (Earned Value/Forecast, Benefits-Tracking)
 * Zertifizierungen wie PMI, PRINCE2 oder ITIL 4 sind von Vorteil
 * Grundlegendes Verständnis von folgenden Themen:
 - Client / Server und Netzwerken
 - Cloud (Azure)
 - CI/CD-Grundlagen
 - Schnittstellen (API/EDI)
 * Anwendung von Confluence oder Matrix42 für ITSM/Change-Prozesse
 * Grundlegendes Verstehen von ISO 27001/ISMS sowie Datenschutzprinzipien (Art. 28 ff. GDPR)
 * Projektabhängige Reisebereitschaft (vorwiegend DACH)
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
