 * Du bringst idealerweise fachlichen Hintergrund aus einem oder mehreren der Bereiche Verbände, Vereine oder Akademien mit und kennst die dortigen Geschäftsprozesse
 * Du behältst den gesamtorganisatorischen Überblick und kannst fachliche Zusammenhänge über einzelne Module hinweg einordnen
 * Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Entwicklungsteams
 * Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis fallen dir leicht
 * Du hast ein Talent dafür, komplexe Themen strukturiert zu erfassen, zu priorisieren und für andere verständlich aufzubereiten
 * Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1), Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
