 * Sicherer Umgang mit modernen SAP-Entwicklungstools (Eclipse/ADT, Web IDE, Business Application Studio)
 * Erfahrung in Architekturdesign, Systemintegration und standardnahen SAP-Lösungen
 * ITIL-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management
 * Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Teams und seiner Dienstleistungen sowie Übernahme der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung
 * Weiterentwicklung und klare Dokumentation der Entwicklungsrichtlinien sowie aktive Steuerung der Einhaltung
 * Stakeholdermanagement hinsichtlich laufender Projekte, Entwicklungen und aktueller Ereignisse
 * Moderne SAP-Lösung von der Konzeption bis zur Dokumentation gestalten sowie kundenspezifische Anforderungen (S/4HANA, H4S4, FIORI und SuccessFactors) einschließlich Frontend- und Backend-Entwicklung realisieren
 * Unterstützung bei technischer Planung und Durchführung von Betriebs und Wartungsprojekten (Upgrades, Patches und Releasewechsel)
 * Machbarkeitsstudien und PoCs für den Einsatz innovativer SAP Technologien mit Schnittstellen zu MS 365, ECM und Salesforce
 * Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister zur Sicherstellung effizienter und reibungsloser Projektabläufe
