## About the Role

* Minimum 7 years of experience in modern programming languages like Python or Java
 * 1 year of hands-on experience building Gen AI or Agentic AI solutions
 * Experience with Agentic AI and Gen AI (LLMs, RAG, MCP, AI orchestration frameworks)
 * Experience developing AI-powered apps using LLMs, RAG and agents
 * Strong understanding of CI/CD, container/cloud native development (Kubernetes/Openshift)
 * Experience with databases like DB2, SQL server, Oracle, and Sybase
 * Knowledge of .Net, TIBCO, ETL and data engineering (Datastage, Databricks etc)
