This role will be part of the Corporate Functions Tower for Group Technology ( IT 1.12), which oversees IT service delivery and manages key relationships across all corporate and central units, including Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Services/Facilities, and Procurement. The Tower also manages cross-functional domains such as document management, collaboration platforms, corporate websites, and Group-wide Identity Access Management (IAM), as well as selected central platforms and Regulatory/Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product delivery. As a Project Manager you will be accountable for executing a diverse range of projects that support our digitization of HR processes. You'll have the responsibility to deliver results on time and budget, working with global teams across a range of IT disciplines including Architecture, Service Delivery, Application Teams and external service providers and vendors., * Responsible for and perform multi-project management for various HR processes including implementation of additional modules in the global SAP HR SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and variety of HR Tools. * Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks. * Ensure adherence and adoption of Munich Re's project management methodology - 'One Essentials' and compliance processes, incl. documentation, process description and quality reports. * Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities. * Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation - both internal and third party. * Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget. * Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
