* First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere Produkte und Softwarelösungen, IT & IT-Security Themen
 * Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
 * Technische Kundenunterstützung bei Installation, Konfiguration und Nutzung unserer Systeme, teilweise auch vor Ort bei nationalen und internationalen Kunden
 * Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting und Dokumentation von Lösungen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, IT und Produktmanagement
 * Pflege von Wissensdatenbank und Support-Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung bei Schulungen und Einweisungen für Kund:innen
 * Interne Tests der Softwarelösungen
