Do you have experience in Windows?, * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Portuguese (native) and English (advanced). Spanish is a plus!

 * Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, Sharepoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)

 * Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism.

 * Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
