## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile teams
 * Proven experience in line management
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
 * Strong understanding of end-to-end product development processes, software architectures, API design, market research, customer engagement, and usability testing
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
 * Bonus: Experience in the automotive industry, supply chain or B2B software solutions

## Description

* Lead the vision for the product, defining its strategic direction and purpose
 * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Infrastructure, Design, QA, and Customer Success, to build products that fulfill market needs
 * Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
 * Take ownership of the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond
 * Analyze product metrics to make informed decisions, identify areas of improvement, and measure success
 * Ensure that the product aligns with the overall company vision and long-term strategy
 * Provide strong leadership and effective line management by setting clear expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, supporting career development, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
