This position is responsible for duties which support the services of grief programming to include triaging cases to other team members, training, resolving billing issues, as well as providing assistance and support to the Director of Grief Programs. The Grief Programs Team Lead also has responsibility for leadership and management of their service area, ensuring excellence in service and quality of care.
