* Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization
 * Skilled in understanding business requirements, mapping documents, and translating them into scalable end-to-end ETL applications
 * Strong MDM Fundamentals to support IBM MDM Modernization using Azure
 * Understand business process around MDM core capabilities - Matching, Merging, Survivorship, Consolidation, Goolden record etc.
 * Experience with Financial services for complex enterprise master data environments
 * Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (advanced querying, joins, performance optimization, data analysis).
 * Good working on Python for data analysis, automation, and API/data integration.
 * Capital Markets or Asset Management domain experience is highly preferred.
