This role designs, develops, and modifies products and engineered solutions, applying sound mechanical engineering principles to ensure designs meet customer requirements, internal standards, manufacturability, quality, cost, and delivery expectations. The Sr. Design Engineer partners with Sales, Product Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to review orders, support pre-quote and configuration questions, execute new and modified designs, and release accurate engineering packages to production. This position requires an inventor mindset, customer focus, a high degree of urgency, and a collaborative approach to creative problem solving from concept through production.
