## About the Role

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or field technician roles.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
 * Ability to work independently and travel between sites with reliable transportation.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
 * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy.

## Description

* Provide onsite support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
 * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment.
 * Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
 * Support LAN/WAN/Wireless network troubleshooting and connectivity.
 * Document service requests, resolutions, and asset tracking.
 * Collaborate with other IT staff to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
 * Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.
