## About the Role

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred, We encourage you to apply if you have hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Systems and Test Engineering, Requirements Management, and Agile Development., * Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including direct hands-on experience with industry-leading MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler

 * Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain SysML models, including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams
 * Experience applying MBSE to architect complex systems, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis
 * Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards with an MBSE-first mindset
 * Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, DOORS Next Generation) and their integration with system models
 * Experience working within DoDAF or similar architecture frameworks to support digital engineering initiatives
 * Creative thinker who can leverage MBSE models to quickly communicate complex system designs and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
 * Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and champions MBSE adoption across cross-functional teams
 * Commitment to ongoing professional development, particularly in advancing MBSE practices and digital engineering capabilities
 * Identifies opportunities to apply MBSE and AI-driven approaches for continuous improvement and innovation

## Description

As a Model-Based Systems Engineer for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), you'll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the next generation of Strategic Weapon Systems using cutting-edge MBSE methodologies and digital engineering practices.
