## Description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Software Engineer for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Rockville, MD ., * Review and analyze software/hardware configurations for specific environments

 * Create and maintain product builds and development/test code baselines
 * Recommend enhancements to configuration management systems, build processes, and delivery systems
 * Troubleshoot technical problems
 * Communicate solutions effectively to team members
 * Interface with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with customer expectations
 * Document and report status updates, including metrics
 * Provide informal mentoring to junior staff on project-level tasks
 * Participate in internal process improvement initiatives
 * Provide feedback and suggestions on processes
 * Adhere to technology policies and comply with security controls
 * Ensure all work products meet/exceed the firm's standards
