## Description

TeleSolv is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support Government data analysis and report development initiatives. This role will focus on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights through advanced analytics, dashboard development, data pipeline management, and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and leadership to deliver decision-ready intelligence that supports organizational performance and strategic objectives., * Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions.

 * Design and support ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient data integration.
 * Collect, validate, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities.
 * Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for Government leadership and stakeholders.
 * Support data quality, accessibility, governance, and reporting automation initiatives.
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and service leads to integrate analytics into broader organizational initiatives.
