Educational Qualifications * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. * Jira Administrator Certification (preferred). * ScriptRunner or Atlassian Advanced Admin training (preferred). Other Requirements (from both documents) * Must be eligible for DOJ/BOP security clearance. * Must comply with DOJ Order 1700.01, BOP Computer Security Program Statement 1237.13, and RFO 952.2042. * Must support offpeak work (evenings/weekends) when required. * Must provide documentation, training materials, and incident/problem resolution records. ## Description The Jira Service Management & Atlassian Automation Lead serves as the primary administrator and technical authority for the Bureau of Prisons Jira Service Desk environment, responsible for system configuration, workflow engineering, plugin management, automation development, RESTbased integrations, and issue security administration. This role ensures the Jira platform is optimized, secure, compliant with DOJ/BOP requirements, and capable of supporting missioncritical service management operations.
