## About the Role

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.\n
Education: High School Diploma/GED\n
Years of Experience: Minimum three (3) years in an administrative position. Advanced education may count toward experience.\n
\u2022 Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.\n
\u2022 Highly organized, with the ability to accommodate competing priorities.\n
\u2022 Excellent written and oral communication skills.\n
\u2022 Able to work effectively as part of a team.\n

\u2022 Ability to read, write, and speak English in order to receive and understand instructions, directives, and ensure safety.\n

Preferred Requirements\n
\u2022 Bachelor's degree in a related field (Aviation, Business Administration, Project Management, etc). \n
\u2022 Airline operations experience.\n
\u2022 Program Management - demonstrated ability to research, create, plan, execute, and maintain specific goals and meet specific success criteria on specified projects. \n
\u2022 Problem Solving - demonstrated ability to identify issues, research, analyze, gather data, make recommendations, and take appropriate mitigating actions.\n
\u2022 Demonstrated problem solver and positive people skills.\n, Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.\n

## Description

The Safety and Security Administrator provides support to Safety and Security leadership. The position assists with the coordination of safety and security activities and projects across the Allegiant system. This includes tracking meeting minutes, developing project trackers, and the procurement/distribution of department materials.\n, u2022 Coordinate a full range of various internal and external meetings and events, assisting with assembling agendas and event activities.\n
\u2022 Assist in the development of PowerPoint and other presentation materials.\n
\u2022 Work with the SMS Coordinator to insert and maintain accurate information on Company Intranet.\n
\u2022 Provide logistical and administrative support in safety and security promotion projects.\n
\u2022 Assist in monitoring of Safety and Security training course compliance.\n
\u2022 Coordinate with IT department on office equipment.\n
\u2022 Assist leadership with recruiting, hiring, and the coordination of annual budget.\n
\u2022 Work as third-party liaison for department regarding invoicing, marketing and other related duties.\n
\u2022 Assist with department expense tracking.\n
\u2022 Maintain meeting minutes, as required. \n
\u2022 Facilitate the department project tracker, ensuring data is current.\n
\u2022 Engage with procurement/vendors for purchasing and shipping of Safety and Security materials.\n
\u2022 Assist with invoice and payment reconciliation with vendors. \n
\u2022 Assist with the development and distribution of department related communications. \n
\u2022 Maintain confidentiality for items discussed in senior level meetings. \n
\u2022 Facilitate personnel administrative tasks on behalf for department leadership.\n
\u2022 Provide oversight of external reporting items, ensuring deliverables are being transmitted as required. \n
\u2022 Model Allegiant's customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.\n
\u2022 Other duties as assigned.\n
