## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
 + OR equivalent experience., * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
 + OR a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
 + OR equivalent experience.
 * 6+ years of experience working in an enterprise customer-facing role with stakeholder management and communication skills
 * 6+ years of experience working on technical projects.
 * 6+ years of experience with cloud platforms
 * Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., AI Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Amazon Web Services, Google, Developer certifications, etc.).

Solution Architecture & Design

 * Architect and design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions on Azure
 * Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps
 * Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with best practices

AI & Application Development

 * Drive development of AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent agents
 * Enable enterprise adoption of Azure AI services and modern application platforms
 * Support AI use cases such as personalization, automation, and customer engagement

Technical Delivery & Execution

 * Lead technical delivery across customer engagements from discovery to deployment
 * Ensure high-quality implementation using repeatable delivery models
 * Optimize solutions for performance, cost, and scalability

Customer Success & Business Impact

 * Drive Azure consumption and adoption across assigned accounts
 * Identify growth opportunities and expand solution footprint
 * Deliver measurable outcomes aligned to customer KPIs and business goals
