## About the Role

* Experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
 * Experience in enterprise IT, including IT service delivery, applications and platforms, infrastructure and networking, technology operations, and IT modernization
 * Experience working with messy, real-world data, including cleaning, transforming, and joining datasets to support application or model development
 * Experience using AI or GenAI tools such as LLM engineering to build or enhance applications
 * Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages such as Python
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines by leveraging platforms such as Databricks
 * Experience with cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, LangChain, or vector databases
 * Experience identifying and mitigating AI risks in real implementations, including hallucination, security, or bias
 * Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
 * Ability to assess feasibility and value, including build vs. buy decisions and business impacts such as ROI or efficiency

## Description

Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the organization's strategies and business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
