## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Statistik, Data Science, Programmierung oder Ingenieurwesen
 * Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics sowie Programmierkenntnisse zur Automatisierung und Optimierung von Reportings
 * Erfahrung mit crossfunktionalen Teams, beispielsweise aus Sales, Planning, Controlling oder SCM, von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
 * Erfahrung mit VBA oder vergleichbaren Ansätzen zur Automatisierung von Reports
 * Gute Kenntnisse von Analyse-Tools sowie Erfahrung mit Planung und Simulation
 * Gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und geschäftliche Zusammenhänge
 * Selbstständige, zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen
 * Sicherer Umgang mit einem internationalen und multikulturellen Arbeitsumfeld
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und PowerPoint
 * Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Unterstützung der analytischen Aktivitäten im Commercial Performance Management, insbesondere bei strategischer Planung und Performance-Steuerung
 * Analyse von Markttrends und externen Datenquellen als Grundlage für Planung und Performance Monitoring
 * Vereinfachung und Automatisierung von Reports mithilfe technischer und programmierbezogener Kenntnisse
 * Analyse der Promotion Effectiveness anhand von KPIs wie ROI, Uplift und Promotion Efficiency
 * Abstimmung und Harmonisierung von Promotions über verschiedene Vertriebskanäle im Rahmen der Quartalsplanung
 * Durchführung von Preiselastizitätsanalysen und Ableitung von Empfehlungen für zukünftige Promotions
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung des wöchentlichen Promotion Calendars
 * Konsolidierung der Planungen über verschiedene Accounts hinweg
 * Standardisierung und Automatisierung der Datenerfassung im Rahmen kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserungen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing, Controlling, Supply Chain Management (SCM) und Business Intelligence (BI)
 * Koordination crossfunktionaler Inputs zu Performance, Produkten und Pricing
