## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von SAP SuccessFactors (z.B. EC, REC, P&G)
 * Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Architektur, Netzwerktechnologien und Sicherheitskonzepten (z. B. SSO, Verschlüsselung, Zugriffskontrolle)
 * Erfahrung mit IT-Security-Standards und deren praktischer Umsetzung
 * Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) und deren Integrationsmöglichkeiten (z. B. SAP Integration Suite, APIs, Middleware)
 * Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Systemzusammenhänge zu verstehen und zu optimieren.
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit sehr guten Deutsch- und guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen SuccessFactors Platform Administrator (m/w/d), der nicht nur für die Betreuung der Plattform verantwortlich ist, sondern auch tiefgehende Kenntnisse in IT-Architektur, Netzwerk und Sicherheit sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP BTP und Systemintegrationen mitbringt.\n, n

 * Technische Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SAP SuccessFactors Plattform
 * Verantwortung für die Konfiguration und Optimierung von Plattformfunktionen, Workflows und Berechtigungen
 * Sicherstellung der Plattformstabilität, einschließlich Monitoring, Fehlerbehebung und Performance-Optimierung.
 * Analyse und Optimierung der IT-Architektur im Hinblick auf SuccessFactors-Implementierungen und -Integrationen
 * Integration von SuccessFactors in andere Systeme (z. B. SAP ERP, Drittsysteme) unter Nutzung von Middleware und API-Technologien
 * Unterstützung bei der Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) und deren Services
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Beratung und Schulung interner Teams
