Capable of using tools such as wireshark and interpreting the results. * Ability to configure and maintain advanced routing protocols, such as EIGRP/BGP * Ability to configure Cisco routers/switches from the CLI. * Maintain network security through proper configuration of VPN and Firewalls * Demonstrated ability to support a multi-site WAN. * Demonstrated ability to support networked printers and photocopiers. * Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies. * Must excel at customer service; will go the 'extra mile' to solve customer problems; will work on complex server issues or help the desktop analyst at any moment. * Must be able to lift 50lbs * Requires occasional off-hours project work to suit maintenance windows or emergencies. * Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize * CCNP R&S preferred ## Description Are you passionate about technology and making a meaningful impact?
