## About the Role

Do you have experience in System administration?, If you enjoy working in a structured environment, have good Active Directory experience and take pride in delivering an excellent internal service, this could be for you., * Strong experience administering Active Directory in an enterprise environment

 * Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online administration
 * Knowledge of Windows file system permissions, security groups and shared access management
 * Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles
 * Working knowledge of PowerShell
 * A security-focused mindset with an appreciation of risk and compliance requirements
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
 * Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively

## Description

You will become a key member of a team responsible for managing user identities and access across a global business. The role combines technical administration, security awareness, process improvement and stakeholder communication., * Manage the creation, modification and removal of user accounts within Active Directory

 * Administer employee and contractor access across business systems
 * Manage network data shares and associated permissions
 * Ensure all access requests comply with security and approval requirements
 * Support internal and external audit activities
 * Maintain clear and accurate process documentation
 * Provide third-line support for user access related issues
 * Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
 * Participate in an on-call support rota
