* Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software QA, Technical Support oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Schnittstellenrolle.

 * Methodenkompetenz: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticket- und QA-Systemen (Atlassian JIRA); Zertifizierungen nach ISTQB oder ITIL sind von Vorteil.
 * Soft Skills & Sprachen: Starke Kommunikations- und Vermittlungskompetenz sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Technischer Deep Dive & Testing: Du prüfst komplexe Software- und Hardwaresysteme auf Herz und Nieren. Wo automatisierte Tests an ihre Grenzen stoßen, gehst du manuell ins Detail, probierst Szenarien aus und deckst Ursachen systematisch auf.
 * Release-Sicherung & QA-Management: Du planst und steuerst Testabläufe, priorisierst Testfälle und stellst die Stabilität neuer Software-Releases sicher.
 * Brückenbauer zur Entwickler-Ebene: Du begegnest den Entwicklerteams auf Augenhöhe, analysierst Fehlerursachen direkt im Code und vertrittst die Qualitätsperspektive lösungsorientiert.
 * Support-Schnittstelle & Ticket-Handling: Du analysierst und verifizierst komplexe Kundensupport-Tickets (z. B. via JIRA), stellst Fehlerbedingungen nach und führst sie einer nachhaltigen Lösung zu.
 * Prozessoptimierung: Du entwickelst die QA- und Support-Workflows kontinuierlich weiter und gestaltest die Qualitätssicherung aktiv mit.
