* Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Key User sowie Unterstützung bei der Anwenderbetreuung
 * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld
 * Kenntnisse im SAP-Modul SD
 * Erfahrung im SAP-Customizing sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in Programmierung und Debugging
 * Kenntnisse angrenzender SAP-Module sind von Vorteil
 * Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
