Forecast Execution & Monitoring * Own riders demand forecasts at city-hour level, tracking forecast accuracy and continuously optimize performance. * Collaborate with local teams to collect insights and make decisions on application of them. 2. Data, Tools & Process Improvement * Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and trends. * Simplify and automate forecasting processes, collaborating with tech teams to implement scalable solutions.  3. Operational Insights & Recommendations * Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for rider allocation, operational planning, and efficiency optimization. * Collaborate with local operations and other stakeholders to validate forecasts and identify proactive adjustments. * Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to improve resource planning and overall service performance.
