## Description

* L1 support role Infrastructure Monitoring
 * Network and Server Monitoring
 * Major incident management and escalation
 * Maintains and debugs network server and end user devices including day to day hands on support as required
 * Notify dispatch and direct designated third parties for dispatch support to client locations as required Provides escalation from help desk
 * Uses monitoring and debugging tools to identify investigate isolate and resolve issues with infrastructure
 * Identifies solutions and resolves issues associated with infrastructure
 * Investigates and resolves performance issues and system optimization
 * Keeps project leadership and end users advised of progress
 * Manage and maintain inventory spares and distribution as needed from the depot
 * Provide coordination and escort for physical access at the site as required for third party maintenance vendors
