## About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, mentor offshore development teams, and drive solution design and delivery for enterprise Salesforce implementations., * 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

 * Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
 * Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
 * Experience in solution design, integrations, and technical leadership.
 * Hands-on experience with Copado and CI/CD practices.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

 * Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
 * Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
 * Salesforce Architect certifications

## Description

* Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
 * Lead and mentor offshore development teams.
 * Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
 * Design and configure Experience Cloud sites, branding, navigation, and security.
 * Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.
 * Design scalable data models and implement Salesforce security best practices.
 * Manage CI/CD and release processes using Git and Copado.
 * Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production deployments.
