 * Du hast strategische Softwareprojekte mit mehreren Fachbereichen geleitet und Erfahrung mit Anforderungsmanagement, Anbietersteuerung, Einführung und Change Management.
 * Du führst Teams und Teamleitungen klar und wertschätzend und entwickelst Menschen gezielt weiter.
 * Du kennst durchgängige Prozesse in Service, Instandhaltung, Einkauf, Logistik und Finance; Erfahrung in der Energiebranche oder im Anlagenbau ist ein Plus.
 * Du denkst strategisch, bewertest Business Cases und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen zu Prioritäten, Standards und Lösungen.
 * Du kommunizierst und verhandelst sicher mit Fachbereichen, Geschäftsleitung, Herstellern und Partnern - auf Deutsch und Englisch.
 * Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung mit M&A-Integrationen und der Harmonisierung gruppenweiter Prozesse mit.
 * Du arbeitest pragmatisch und ergebnisorientiert und bist bereit, bei Bedarf national und international zu reisen.
