+ Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Bachelor in einem IT-Studiengang oder eine anerkannte Berufsausbildung in einem IT-Ausbildungsberuf

 + Kenntnisse in gängigen MS Office Tools & Jira

 + Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

+ Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung komplexer IT-Projekte
 + Eigenständige Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen, Statusberichten, Risikoanalysen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen in Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern
 + Mitwirkung im Projektcontrolling
 + Organisation, Vorbereitung und Moderation von Projektmeetings einschließlich Protokollführung und Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Maßnahmen
 + Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation und Berichterstattung gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
 + Ansprechpartner für Projektmitarbeitende und Projektleiter in organisatorischen sowie methodischen Fragestellungen
 + Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben, wie Terminmanagement, Qualitätssicherung, Pflege von Projektlisten sowie Unterstützung beim On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden
 + Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Sonderthemen und projektübergreifenden Aufgaben
