div p We are supporting a PE-backed InsurTech business as they look to appoint an Interim CTO to help define and deliver its next phase of technology evolution. /p p This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to a startup-minded CTO who can operate across both strategic design and practical execution. /p h3 The Opportunity /h3 p Work closely with leadership to: /p ul li Define and shape the technology and platform strategy /li li Assess and evolve the current architecture and systems landscape /li li Lead the build and scaling of core platforms /li li Drive data infrastructure, migration, and governance /li li Embed AI and analytics capabilities into products and decision-making /li li Provide clear recommendations on future tech leadership, structure and roadmap /li /ul h3 Ideal Experience /h3 ul li Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in a startup or scale-up environment /li li Strong capability across platform architecture, data ecosystems and AI/analytics /li
