* Enter, maintain and manage data within the organization, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
 * Provide support to the professional services team in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions.
 * Act as a Subject Matter Expert concerning the CRM software and data policies and processes.
 * Provide support to the professional services team via JIRA ticket requests.
 * Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in data management and analysis processes.
