This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach to support the day-to-day running and development of ICT across the school. Working closely with the Network Manager, you will provide technical support to staff and students, maintain ICT equipment and systems, and help ensure technology is reliable, secure and effective in supporting teaching and learning., * Provide first-line IT support for staff and students * Install, maintain and repair desktops, laptops, printers, projectors and mobile devices * Support classroom technology including interactive displays and AV equipment * Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues * Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, OneDrive and SharePoint environments * Monitor antivirus and security systems and assist with ICT improvements * Assist with ICT projects, device deployments and system upgrades * Maintain ICT equipment and assist with asset management and PAT testing * Support data cabling and network infrastructure where required, Burford School is committed to safeguarding children and young people.
