Must be able to clearly communicate with team members and clients and clarify if necessary. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. ## Description * Design structured cabling systems for buildings, campuses, and tenant spaces. Typical work product is a set of drawings and specifications including a cover sheet, floor plans, riser diagrams, part plans, and details. - Applicants should be able to effectively be able to update specifications to match client needs or standards. * Designs must meet local, state, and federal code requirements. * Collaboration and coordination with Project managers and other design team members. * Efficiently find solutions to design problems and communicates unresolved items for review. * Be able to communicate with manufacturers and contractors to address challenges and develop realistic solutions. * Provide contract documents that meet required codes and quality assurance standards. - All deliverables are subject to a Quality Assurance and Quality Control review.
