It's a fully remote role focused on designing, configuring, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Centre modules.Candidates must hold active, verifiable UK SC Clearance to be considered for this position
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery: Execute ServiceNow implementations from requirements gathering and user story definition through to deployment and continuous optimizationModule Configuration: Configure core capabilities including workflows, forms, catalog items, knowledge management, self-service portals, and automationIntegrations: Develop and support seamless enterprise integrations using ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID ServerITOM Enhancement: Enhance CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management capabilities to boost platform reliability and visibilityStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions
