## Description

I'm currently working with a well-established technology business supporting high-availability, customer-facing platforms, who are looking to hire an experienced Server Support Engineer into a newly evolving team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both infrastructure support and project delivery, within a modern Microsoft and cloud-based environment.
The Role:You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving critical production systems operating at scale, supporting a wide user base across multiple environments. The position combines hands-on technical support with involvement in planning, implementing and optimising infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Support and maintain Windows Server environments (including clustering, NLB and IIS)Manage core Microsoft services (Entra, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, Teams)Work across cloud and edge infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare, CDN, DNS, WAF)Handle incident management, monitoring and root cause analysisContribute to infrastructure improvements and project workEngage with stakeholders across the business
