You will provide strategic guidance, solution design leadership, and configuration expertise to help healthcare payer clients optimize Facets functionality, improve claims auto-adjudication rates, implement new lines of business, and maximize platform value. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Consulting team, working closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, technical architects, product specialists, and delivery teams to develop scalable, high-performing Facets solutions aligned with business objectives. In this role, you will: * Serve as the primary Facets SME and trusted advisor, providing expertise on Facets configuration architecture, system capabilities, and best practices. * Lead requirements discovery workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews to translate business and operational needs into effective Facets configurations. * Assess current-state Facets environments and develop future-state optimization roadmaps, including recommendations for underutilized modules, configuration improvements, and measurable performance outcomes. * Design and recommend scalable solutions that improve claims processing efficiency, auto-adjudication performance, and operational effectiveness. * Partner with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with client goals. * Develop and communicate project plans, implementation strategies, and configuration approaches for new business implementations, product enhancements, and optimization initiatives. * Provide consulting leadership throughout project lifecycles, including solution architecture, gap analysis, risk identification, and stakeholder communication. * Mentor client teams and transfer product knowledge to ensure long-term operational success and adoption. * Collaborate effectively across onshore and offshore delivery teams to drive successful project outcomes. * Support Facets ITS-related initiatives, enhancements, production support, and strategic transformation programs.
